Custom Orders (Services):

Due to the personalized nature of custom paintings and customized items (including names or designs), all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Products (T-Shirts & Activity Books):

We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
